Auto-tune 5 in Cubase 6.

Hello Fraser,

Depending on what operating system you are using, Auto-Tune 5 may or may not work with your system and Cubase 6.  Are you using a Mac (OS X ?) or Windows PC (XP, Vista, 7 ?)? You may have to consider upgrading to either Auto-Tune 7 or EVO.

Hi Henrik,

I am using Windows 7.

Will look into upgrading as I want to carry on using AT 5.

Hello Fraser,

As far as I know, Auto-Tune 5 is not compatible with Windows 7.  When I try to install Auto-Tune 5 on my Windows 7, Windows 7 is not able to install the program and the installation fails.  When you were using Cubase 5, were you using Windows 7 then as well?

Hi,

I am using Win 7 on my computer and can still load Cubase 5 and all its projects and A/T5 works fine.

It is only when I work with cubase 6 that A/T 5 does not work.

I have just checked and I need to upgrade my A/T 5, but its possible that I could still have problems with projects that use A/T 5.

I will just have to tie up any projects that are using A/T 5 and master them and get my credit card out !!!!
