Hi, I need help with a problem I'm having in Pro Tools 9 with Auto Tune. When I go to Mix and add in an Auto Tune plugin to a track it causes that track to be slightly out of sync with the rest of the tracks, and it drives me nuts trying to get it perfectly sync-ed back up again. Why is this happening? How can I fix it? Thanks for your help!

Is there a possibility that you have not turned on the internal "Delay Compensation" in Pro Tools? If you go to the "Setup" menu in Pro Tools and choose "Playback Engine...". In this window please double check that your "Delay Compensation Engine" is set to Long (4095 Samples per channel). Pro Tools will now ask you to relaunch itself. Once Pro Tools is relaunched, go to the "Options" menu and be sure to turn on "Delay Compensation" (at the bottom of the "Options" menu) if it isn't already on. This should now remove the latency that I believe that you are hearing now.
