First off, if you're trying to get the Auto Tune effect, you shouldn't turn formant control on. Formant control is used specifically for shifting the pitch to a different pitch than what it was originally. The Auto Tune effect doesn't change the pitch of your voice (for the most part) but changes the way it goes from one pitch to another. Leave tracking at 50 unless you've got a noisy environment.

Check your audio interface settings and make sure you have direct monitoring turned off. If you have this on, you'll hear the original source audio mixed with the affected audio. This is not what you want.

Also, keep in mind, if you're trying to get the Auto Tune effect while you're singing in the mic, you're not going to notice it as much since your own voice resonates through your head providing your own built in direct monitoring system. Try recording the audio and playing it back and you'll notice a difference.

So I changed the formant setting down to 0, is that what you meant by off? Direct monitoring if off, and I still am not noticing a difference, I downloaded the demo for Auto Tune EFX and tried the hard setting, but it sounds essentially the same. I have no idea what the problem is.
