Hi Joraud. Welcome to the board.

All you have to do to get Auto Tune to work within Pro Tools is to open Pro Tools, create a new track (Audio or Instrument Track), navigate to the mixer, click on one of the empty gray boxes under the word INSERT, and locate & click Auto Tune within the Pitch Shift directory.

That should do it.
Hi Mnml_music,
I just saw this post and tried to do the same thing. What if autotune cannot be located by doing all of that?
Welcome to the board, Natalise.

Next time, please remember to start a new thread when asking a question. This makes it easier for others to find the thread if they're having the same problem as you. Also, please do not double post. It makes it confusing for those of us who are answering posts and keeps the threads organized.

Now, moving onto your problem. First off, make sure your iLok key is plugged directly into your computer. Plugging it into an external USB port may not supply the iLok key with enough power for it to work correctly. Next, make sure you are running the latest ilok driver. You can download the driver by selecting one of these links:

MAC: https://www.ilok.com/extensions/macextsx.dmg
PC: https://www.ilok.com/extensions/DriverSetup.exe

If you are still not able to see the plug-in within Pro Tools, please check to see if the Auto Tune DPM file is located in the following folder:

Main System Drive > Library > Application Support >Digidesign > Plug-Ins

If you do not see the Auto Tune DPM folder in this directory, then please reinstall your plug-in.
