Hi all,

requiring some assistance here... have updated all ilok drivers but am finding that when loading autotune evo ( or autotune 5 for that matter), I keep getting "this version of autotune requires authorisation in order for you to continue using it'.

When I log into my ilok account though it has no problems recognising the ilok..

Now the thing is, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't..which can be quite frustrating

- I'm using cubase 4 ( not upgrading to 5 as I'm switching to Logic shortly ) -  is it a cubase 4 and or snow leopard glitch??

cheers

If it is picking up the Auto-Tune license only sometimes, then the most likely culprit is that the USB port you have the iLok plugged into is underpowered, or otherwise dodgy. The extra USB on the mac keyboard is especially suspect in these cases. Have you tried swapping the iLok around to different ports to see if you have better results there?
Hi Lucas, it's a brand new imac... I've tried all the different USB ports with varying degrees of success/failure (no uSB ports in the new mac keyboards)
