If you're using Ableton Live, it doesn't offer multi-channel plug-in output support. My suggestion would be to remind them to add it as a feature in a future release.

I thought the harmony efx worked where you record a vocal and can tweak it in 4 different channels.

It does. But Ableton Live does not offer multi-channel plug-in output support. Meaning, when you put a 4 channel plug-in in a track within Ableton, only 2 channels will work (your original voice and one harmony). This is not something Antares can control. It's a issue with Ableton's architecture. There are many people trying to get this added in a future release of Live, but I haven't seen any responses from Ableton on the forums.

I understand now.. The only thing is that I am not using Abelton, I am using a daw called Mu.Lab and I don't think they do not handle multi-channel plug-ins. I still like what I am able to do with harmony efx and I do plan on purchasing. Can you name me a few daw's that do take multi-channel plug-ins.
