With harmonies, I know I have control over panning, but do I have control over separate mix/volume levels? Also, is there any way to separate the harmony track from the original and assign it to it’s own track for mixing and processing? This question applies to both versions; efx and evo, and does the panning feature exist in efx?

Each of the four generated harmony channels with have their own volume and pan, in both Harmony Engine Evo and Harmony EFX. Splitting it off in to five separate channels for individual processing works, but how you do that varies by host. Most often, you create a 5-channel bus and send the output of Harmony Engine to that, then render that down to 5 audio files that you re-import to new audio tracks.
Just bus the audio to a seperate audio track & mute all harmonies but one then record it onto the new audio track. Do this as many times as u have harmonies & u will have each harmony on a seperate track!
Lucas' method make a little more sense since you don't have to finalize your audio and just simply have the output routed to separate channels. Your method will work too, Bryan, but it's a little more work and you don't have the opportunity to make changes.
