I have just taken advantage of the recent offer to upgrade to Auto Tune 7 but can't get the new license on to my iLok. I have logged in to ilok.com installed the latest software and tried with three different browsers on two different computers and the website won't recognise my iLok and so won't transfer my new license. I have installed the latest iLok drivers and Windows 7 show my iLok to be installed. I have included a sreenshot of the message I receive.
What do I do next?

Just to double-check, you did install both the "Client" software and the "Driver" for your iLok USB Smartkey, correct? Do you get this error message from iLok.com in both internet browsers? Are you getting the "Security Warning at the top of the browser" that the error message talks about?
It sounds like there is a problem with www.iLok.com talking to your iLok USB Smartkey. I would go to the support section of www.iLok.com and inquire with them. Here is the link to the iLok support page:
