Hello Donovan,
Yes, Auto-Tune EVO is fully compatible with Pro Tools 9 and Snow Leopard 10.6.8. I run this exact combination without ever running in to any problems.

If you are using Pro Tools you should always install the RTAS version of any plug-in that you are trying to install. Pro Tools 9 (the regular "LE" version) is compatible only with RTAS plug-ins.
