NEED HELP INSTALLING HARMONY EFX ON SONARX1 PRODUCER

Can anyone help me with this problem installing Harmony EFX on Sonarx1 Producer? I follow all the directions on the cd, but it doesnt bring up the Harmony EFX. When I look in the plug-ins its not listed even though the dll is there. Running Windows 7 64 bit. Please Help. Looks like an awesome product. Spent $100 on it and would like to use it. Do you need to use the ilok first?
