Does anyone know how to input midi notes into harmony EFX? I've been unsuccessful so for. My host is Logic Pro 8 and I have an intel Mac. another question is, does anyone know why it doesn't follow the specific harmony pattern of notes that are sung. while the original vox melody varies the other 4 parts seem to stand still and not bend with the other notes.
can someboby help me answers these questions please?
Thanx

There are sessions on Antares' web site that you can use in your DAW which should help you see what's going on and how it should be setup.

I have tried to follow these instructions for Logic 9. I have also aped all the settings in the tutorial vids, but with no luck. Could someone dumb it all down a bit more for dummies like me please?
I've installed in my macbook harmony efx demo to try. I can't make it work with midi, just can't. I've tried like hours changing midi parameters. After I installed in a windows pc with fruitloop 9 and worked after I made a "midi out" channel and put the right port in harmony efx. But in mac it doesn't show any port configuration. I use logic 8.

Could someone have lucky on that?
In the Harmony Source option, near the middle top of the plug-in screen, change the source to either MIDI Omni (if you plan on using one MIDI channel) or MIDI Channel (if you plan on using separate MIDI channels).

I'm not familiar with FL but other than what I mentioned above you'll need to point/route/side-chain the midi channel to point to Harmony EFX in the audio channel.
