WHat is the TDM stand for? What is the difference with autotune 7?

TDM = Time Division Multiplexing.  For plug-ins, TDM is the format required to run on dedicated Pro Tools DSP cards.    If you have a Pro Tools HD system (not Native) you can use the TDM version. For all other DAWs, you want the native version (VST, AU). Pro Tools also has there own native version which is RTAS.

Thank you very much! it answers my questions.. I think my hardware will not work for TDM. I'm using Digidesign 8 track mixer.

Sounds like you want the RTAS version.  Keep in mind Pro Tools M-Powered Essentials does not support 3rd party plug-ins.
