I can't actually believe I have to go on to your forum to get customer support!!!
On three occasions now I have filled in your Technical Support form to get an answer from you guys and I have had no replies!!! It's absolutely appalling.
I run a Mac PPC running Pro Tools HD 7.4 on 10.4.11 os. I ran your demo of Autotune EFX and have decided to buy it. But as its a PPC mac I need a license sent to my ilok that is version 1 not 2. Can this be done?
You are by far the worst company i've ever tried to deal with, you should at least have a phone number for technical enquires.
