You'll have to buy a new product. Your investment was located on that iLok.
u have got to be kidding, there has to be some body i can talk to , i dont want to beleave they just leave there faithfull customers out there like that!!!!
I know your frustrated. It sucks getting things stolen, but could it be your anger is not stemming from the manufacturer not replacing your product for free but the lack of control you had over the person stealing it in the first place? It could have been a guitar, a watch, a snowboard-- I would feel the same way. You really feel that the manufacturers of all these products are leaving you out if you were to have stolen from you and they wouldn't replace it?

Picture yourself buying anything (really anything) and then getting it lost or stolen. Let's for example say an MP3. Now picture getting your MP3 player stolen. Being a faithful user of iTunes how do you think they would respond to a request for you to replace your MP3's?

Dude, I got my bike stolen last month. I did a police report, posted a message on CraigsList telling the thief that their day would come, and huffed and puffed for weeks. I'm still kind of frustrated by the situation but it's a lesson learned; don't have something out (locked even) that you like and wouldn't want stolen.

Don't be pissed at the manufacturer. They didn't steal it from you and, besides, how could they tell if your not completely making up a story just to get another copy of the product? Know what I mean?
got police report, my purchase reciept , my ilok ID on ilok.com, my RMA ID from ilok.
not mad at them, but dont understand the method of regestering, and haveing a ilok system to protect and identify the product and consumer, but for what? if all of that dont help the consumer , its like havin a starr gps system in your car but they dont use it to help u!
got my disc in the box, my ilok key with the code is what got stolen.
so im not mad at the manufactuer, just realy though all of that was for the consumer too!
Thanks Any way

I hear ya. Maybe there will be a better way to reinstate licenses in the future. For now, USB dongles can't be accessed wirelessly to really do something like you mentioned. Remote entry in dongles would be cool but I can just imagine the security risk in that too.
